Today is the Birthday of Guruji’s Guru Maharshi Amara. Maharshi Amara was the greatest Master in the recent time. Guruji has introduced Him to our lives and His books, His lectures contain a lot about His Guru.
No doubt, we are the most fortunate people to be associated with two greatest Masters of the present time.
The relationship between Guruji and His Guru was very subtle, very fine, very pure and very dignified. Whenever I come across any story signifying the relationship between a Guru and His Disciple (like Vishwamitra Maharshi/Vashistha Maharshi and Lord Rama, Lord Krishna and Arjuna, Chanakya and Chandragupta etc. ) , I relate this to the relationship between Guruji and His Guru; we and Guruji. Tears always come on our eyes. This relationship is so Pure, and so Divine. In fact when we see the character of ‘Aslan’ the movie ‘Chronicles of Narnia’, it reminds our Guruji – so grand and so majestic.
Certain ways Guruji was interacting with His Guru. I personally wanted to imitate that and am trying to do that. Guruji was always stressing on interactions at higher level, interactions in silence. In fact Guruji has mentioned several times that He would take the questions to His Guru but will not ask. But somehow His Guru would answer all the questions. Similarly majority of the time, there would not be any physical communications between them, but somehow there would be a communication at deeper level. We saw similar ways of communication between us and Guruji also. There is always a very deep connection between Guruji and us.
Definitely someday we will rise to the level where we will have a very deep level of connection and communication with Guruji as He has with His Guru.
